Bio
DJ Nekkid started spinning records at 19 years old, in Houston, Texas. Behind 2 turntables and a mixer, he started learning the various genres that fall under the EDM umbrella, which lead to a very versatile style. He started out spinning Disco House, Hard House, Hard-Progressive House, & UK Hard House, but quickly reached into Trance as well. Eventually, he would settle on Progressive (House & Trance) for a while. As the music began to evolve, he readily added Electro and Dubstep to his repertoire, and continues to explore new genres.
DJ Nekkid has now embraced the technological advancements that have changed the music industry. Now, he also uses Serato, Ableton Live, controllers, and what ever else he can get his hands on, to build his DJ sets.
DJ Nekkid is basically self-taught, and is now teaching himself to produce electronic dance music, as well as other things. His passion and his drive fuel him along a path wide enough for just one. His vision is always electric, and his goal is simple- "wow the people." As he continues to grow his brand, DJ Nekkid is committed to increasing the contribution he makes to the dance scene, the music scene, and all parties that cross his path.
