"Los Angeles Clippers"

You may not know where he sits or even see him during the games, but House DJ, DJ Roueche, the man behind a lot of the music and sounds you hear before and during games, is in his 6th season with the Los Angeles Clippers.
DJ Roueche (Jeremy Roueche) has been wowing crowds since the age of 17 and has been the Official DJ for the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball tour since 2003. With over a decade of national and international music producing, Roueche’s resume includes being the music editor for Volleyball Magazine and DJing the official after parties for the People’s Choice and SAG Awards to events for Dr. Dre, Gwen Stefani and The Pussycat Dolls. A regular on the club circuit (Twelve Highland, Sangria, Sky Bar, Social and VICE), Roueche has also taken the time to teach middle school kids with the R.A.P. Program in the Lawndale School District how to DJ and is heavily involved with the Dig For Kids Foundation.

Roueche, who began DJ'ing at the age of 17, grew up in Virginia just outside of Washington D.C. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 1997, he began working in the music industry at Maverick Records, which was part owned by Madonna. (And yes, he has met Madonna.) In 2002, Roueche started his own company, VALA Entertainment, a Professional Music Consulting, Producing, Editing and DJ Company, and has been DJing full time ever since.

Roueche credits a lot of his success to being able to read a crowd. “If you know how to read the crowd, you can rock any event,” he says.

"What Keeps Everyone Grooving"

There is already plenty of excitement during the matches at each tour stop thanks to the amazing action by the players, but to help keep the energy level moving at a high beat and keep everyone grooving throughout the day, there's Jeremy Roueche, the official DJ of the AVP... - AVP.com

"Southern California's Top Entertainment Industry Events 2008"

The centerpiece was an authentic, full-size 1967 London double-decker bus from Showmobiles Inc. parked at the back of the room, which displayed authentic London signage on the sides. Not only an accessory, the bus was also a platform for DJ Roueche, who spun a mix of Beatles and Motown from high above the crowd. - Bizbash LA

"Oh, what a party 'twas!"

Check out some of these party pix I took at the backstage bash after the People's Choice Awards where I was the official blogger all night — and I mean alllll night — from early red-carpet hours till the party shut down afterward. "Get on the bus!" was what I was told early during the post-awards fete, meaning the bright red double-decker where I was perched getting this blogging biz done. Up top there with party disk-spinner Jeremy Roueche, who is seen being interviewed in the next photo by recent Emmy champ Gina Tognoni of "Guiding Light" — also People's Choice reporter/ presenter. - The Envelope - LA Times
