DJ R&R is a 22 year old DJ coming from Oklahoma City, Ok. that graduated from Millwood High School and is a student at the University of Oklahoma. Beginning his career in 2009 as a Hip-Hop/Rap mixtape DJ, DJ R&R has evolved into so much more than just that. The name R&R comes from a mixtape he released in 2009, "Young Real & Ready", in which the "Real & Ready" was taken off and given as the DJ name for the real passion for music you hear in his mixes and his readiness to switch styles and refain from being placed in one category with his large selection of music.
DJ R&R is not limited to only mixtapes or parties at clubs/campus, but has had the opportunity to DJ at wedding receptions, graduation receptions, a class reunion for a class of 1973, children's birthday parties, grand re-opening at Old Navy in Sooner Mall in Norman, Ok, on Power 103.5 (KVSP-FM Oklahoma City, OK) Saturday mixshows, and many other places and events.
Amongst of every event and party DJ R&R has been apart of, he is also the official DJ for a local rap group called Blacktop Democracy, formerly known as GLC The Team.
