Bio
DJ Twerkle a.k.a. Michael Cutrone was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. Early on in life, he developed an eclectic taste for a variety of music through friends and family. This included sounds ranging From New Edition to early swing music to Dr. Dre's "The Chronic". At the age of 16, Twerkle had already established a local fan base as part of a local Hardcore band and was in high demand for shows and parties in his territory.
Already with a solid knowledge of music and the ability to cross all genres, Twerkle shifted focus to mastering the still growing art of electronic DJing and Turntablism. By the time he was 21, he had turned what began as a hobby into the foundation for a career. His unique background and diverse interests continue to set him apart from the rest of the crowd in every move he makes.
Today, you can hear Twerkles beastly live remixes and distinct mash ups of Dub Step, Hip Hop, Hard Electro, and Dance all over.
