DJ Two Fist Tommy

In today's over-stimulated world, DJ Two Fist Tommy is doing his part by entertaining the ADD Generation. With the rise in popularity of mash-ups, which combine two or more existing songs to create an entirely new composition, Two Fist Tommy is working hard to establish himself as a master of the craft. His productions reach thousands on the Internet and have been played at major events such as Bootie, the country's premier mash-up-only DJ event. "The Internet is both a blessing and a curse," remarks Tommy. "You're able to reach a large fan base, but there are also a lot of DJs that download your mixes and pass them off as their own." Every mash-up Tommy spins is his own creation. "I like to show a lot of my personality in my mixes," he explains. Part of that personality includes clever tongue-in-cheek songs and tons of surprises from left field. But humor aside, the most important thing is to keep the dance floor moving. "If it's not danceable, I won't mix it," says Tommy. With a strong base and a seemingly endless supply of new ideas, 2009 is poised to be a big year for Two Fist Tommy.
