TXTBOOK!

Hailing from the outskirts of a small town of Terre Haute in Indiana, comes TXTBOOK. Chad is an up and coming DJ with skill, and music knowledge far beyond his years. TXTBOOK grew up with an interest in music unsurpassed by anything else. He was influenced early on by family members who played in various bands sparked his early entrance in DJ’ing and performance. Receiving his first set of turntables at 12 years old, while most of his peers were playing games, he was already hard at work and lining up gigs.
Since that time he has immersed himself in a plethora of different genres of music. Hip-Hop being first and foremost, but being well rounded with a background in Glitch, Electronica, Dub, Indie Rock and Hardcore music which has given him a unique influence and presence on the stage. Always working TXTBOOK has released two volumes of his popular mix series “Dirty Needles” and has many more in the works including an already released APRIL X mixtape and full album expected in the summer of 2013. TXTBOOK works the crowd like no other and he LIVES to make them dance!
