VENOM

Since 1999, DJ VENOM has been making his presence known locally and globally. He started his DJ career during his freshman year at St. John’s University. VENOM organized, promoted and performed at his own events at venues native to his alma mater. In 2004, VENOM began spinning for CIN Productions, one of the Tri-State’s largest event promotion companies. He played nightclubs such as the legendary Copacabana, EXIT, Crobar, Deep and others. He was able to deejay alongside some of New York’s biggest DJs and world famous recording artists such as Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Wisin & Yandel, Hector El Bambino, Yaga & Makcie, Boy Wonder, Nicky Jam, Ivy Queen, Jowell & Randy, Zion & Lennox, De La Ghetto, DJ Nelson, Luny Tunes, Get Low, Andy Boy, 50 Cent, Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Tony Sunshine, Jim Jones, Swizz Beatz, DMX, Cassidy, Notch, T.O.K, Mr. Vegas, Kevin Lyttle, Elephant Man, and many others.

In 2006, VENOM began a career in the Music, TV and Film industries. Since then, he produced several music videos and signed on as co-manager of the platinum selling Bachata group Xtreme. He produced Bow Wow and Omarion’s DVD for their collaboration album “Face Off”. He created “Reggaeton Rush Hour”, a music video show which premiered on BET Networks in 2006 as the first ever Latino show on the network with an audience of over 9 million. VENOM continued to DJ in the NYC nightclub circuit for many years and in June 2009, VENOM started a mixtape series called “This Is My House”, focusing on the music genre of Electro House. The 1st volume of the series was hosted by recording artist, Pitbull. After receiving much acclaim from the mixtape, VENOM traveled to Europe to DJ at nightclubs in Belgium and Italy.

VENOM has since released consecutive volumes to the mixtape series every year. The volumes are released every Columbus Day Weekend. VENOM has received worldwide acclaim for his CD’s and continues to promote his work on an international scale.
