BACKGROUND
Travelling around the world constantly reminds me how a reall party should be - fun, smiles, dancing, singing, friendliness and an open armed welcome for anyone there..... I now use my selection of world music to translate this energy wherever I go. I am also a promoter and have a popular Brazilian, Latin and a World Music party here in England.
Dont take my word for it...I have recorded two demo mixes, these are NOT actual DJ mixes, but instead are a selection of short music clips put together so you can quickly get an idea of the kind of music I play - you can hear this in the Audio section.
EXPERIENCE
To give you a brief idea of my experience I have listed some of my experience/acheivements below. I am happy to provide more detailed info on request.
*I record a regular Brazilian podcast which in a year has over 130,000 people subscribed
*Support DJ for the Seu Jorge concert in Bristol
*Support DJ for Amadou & Mariam Concert in Bristol
*DJ at Favela Feva at Guanabara, London
*DJ at Bristol Festival
*DJ representing Colston hall DJing on their main stage at Bristol Harbourside Festival
*DJ at a number of university balls and events including university of Bristol, university of Bath Spa, University of Cardiff
*Created and promoted a well known Brazilian club night in Bristol, England regularly attracting over 400 per event - www.brazilianbeatz.co.uk
*Organise and promote Latin parties in Bristol
*I travel to Brazil once a year to collect music
