His worldwide video “I Fought the Law ", was viewed on US and European TV and the the sound track was featured on the Fox TV special “Stars Without Make-up” in February, 2005.
DK was nominated for crossover artist of the year by New Music Weekly along with Tim McGraw, Shania Twain, and Wynonna in June 2004.
DK was influenced by Ricky Nelson, Del Shannon,
Tom Jones, Elvis, Tyrone Davis, and Jerry Lee Lewis.
