D Lux, a 24 year old Milwaukee Native, has been singing and performing for over a decade. His early life was dominated by turmoil-- he was removed from his house by social workers due to its unfit living conditions. For the next few years, D Lux bounced from foster home to foster home, back to his mother's care, even living with his school teachers on occasion.  D Lux began to conquer his harsh reality by working out and singing. As his musical talents grew, so did his passion.  He competed in youth talent shows, Black history programs-- any opportunity to sing and perform he sought out.

In 2013 D Lux was asked to demo songs for Traxx Sanders, a songwriter for the music duo "The Bad Guys." The chemistry between the two was undeniable and coupled with super producer DJ Pain 1's sound, the result was magic. They began working on an assortment of sexy and emotional records infused with Soul, POP and Hip-Hop. Their work caught the ear of music heavyweight Mel Smith of All In Music. Under the leadership of The Bad Guyz, D Lux is ready to reach a global audience of RNB enthusiasts.
