Bio

Beginning as a three-vocal two-guitar group out of Johnson City, TN, we landed some cheap apartments beside each other while attending East Tennesse State University. Guitar picking, songwriting and harmony arrangements soon began taking place, and a musical friendship formed. The Wildfowers (named after the Tom Petty ballad) came about, and began performing the local venues. Separated by academic endeavors, the band remained friends, but only performed a couple times a year.

After college, we all moved back home and fleshed out. With the unfortunate circumstance of mutual friends passing, the band reformed with a new identity, called Doc Bonhomie. Doc being the nickname of one friend, and Bonhomie meaning kind and genial.

Here's to You is our new album. It's a tribute to those both here and gone. Our songs deal with their struggles as well as our own. We've found love and lost it, taken journeys and lived steadfast, and just plain like making music. We believe you can hear that in our music.
