Doc Rhythm is a hard hitting, all original, rock trio hailing from Upstate NY. The band is comprised of Songwriter Ben LaValley on Guitar/Vocals, Matt Wargo on Bass Guitar, & Greg Currier on Percussion. Their unique signature sound is a combination of driving rhythms, memorable hooks, and captivating guitar solos.

The band’s November 2009 release "The Very Best of Mediocrity "has won multiple songwriting awards at garageband.com, and is garnishing national attention. A sophomore release “Second Chances” is slated for July 2010. Upon its completion Doc Rhythm will have released two full length recordings (28 songs) within a 10 month period.

With a distinctive style, professional work ethic, and ambitious performance calendar Doc Rhythm have separated themselves from the hard rock genre. Notorious for putting on intense and charismatic live performances, Doc Rhythm plays every show like it’s their last. In 2010 Doc Rhythm will release their 2nd full length recording, followed by a supporting east coast tour making them a juggernaut band to keep an eye on in the near future.
