DIVAS OF DIVERSITY is presented by the unforgettable talent of Logo's hit show RuPaul's Drag Race. DIVAS OF DIVERSITY encourages young people to come together to be educated, inspired and create a conversation on their campus and in their community that embraces and supports differences.

Thomas White was born in Scotland, to a Scottish father and a United States-born mother. He moved to the United States in 1999 when he was eighteen.

Morgan Mcmichaels is the female persona of drag performer Thomas White. After many years on the circuit Morgan became a local fixture in drag shows in southern California as part of the longest running touring drag show group, "The Dream Girls Revue." White's persona rose to national prominence in 2010 when he entered the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Morgan stayed for five episodes. Highlights included losing her wig during a Gone with the Wind-inspired photo shoot, winning the first challenge with a Barbarella-inspired costume and winning a lip synch battle to "Two of Hearts" by Stacey Q . Morgan has also appeared in RuPaul's Drag U season one and two, a spinoff Logo series. Morgan was featured in the "S&M" music video by Bajan singer Rihanna.

After her time on television, Morgan is intent on dedicating her fame to anti-bullying campaigns and LGBT rights. Morgan has used her voice and passion to support the NOH8 campaign, Trevor Project and The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).

Morgan is driven to inspire young people to celebrate their individually and support the community by standing up against bullying and discrimination.
