DOE family is what we call ourselves, we grew up together and saw each other live and learn. We have loss alot of soliders along the way, but were still standing strong and determined to make a better live for ourselves and our families.
Were different from others band/groups in the essences that we are from D.C and there aren't any hip-hop influences out, that represent the D.C way of life. We have incororated into our style, what in D.C. is called Go-Go. Go-Go is a beat that involves Congos and Rollatons (eg:Amerie-One Thing). Each of us have a different style, delivery, and swagger, which makes us a well rounded group, focus and eager to learn and grow. Influenced by life, we have a story to tell so, STAY TUNED.
