Bio
It started with James Miranda and Kevin Dority, friends and eventually co-workers in construction. After recording our first c.d. just the two of us playing all intsruments, (it was tedious but worth it) we sought out solid musicans to form the band about 2 years ago. Having the keyboard and 2 front men sets us apart from other bands, however, the music is the main distinction. On stage, Kevin assumes the role of Dog Ear Jones, and is co-frontman to James Miranda, who passionatly sings the main vocals and plays guitar. Our influences are the Beatles, Steely Dan, Bob Marley, Sly and the Family Stone and many others. Our music is a fusion of the old style and sound of classic rock, with a new twist. Our primary motivation is the love of music , and performing. Each member of the band is a skilled musician in all aspects. It is the combination and interaction that gives us our unique sound.
