Bio

Big things come in small packages is just only one saying that relates so well to I'm A Beast Entertainment Recording Artist Dominique Jones.

Standing at four foot eleven, this destined diva will definitely captivate you with the volume of personality and talent hidden within her small frame. As a multi-talented individual, she uses all of her abilities to help tell the story of her life throughout her music. Dominique possesses that certain drive and determination typically seen in a star and is the force that continually keeps her striving towards her destiny.

Born November 29, 1986; Dominique was the first born to her mother Tangy Bacon and father Kirk Jones. She began singing at the tender age of five, performing around the family's home in Markham, IL., a small surburb right outside of Chicago. Impressed with her vocal abilities, her family recognized her unique talent and helped to mold and nurture her musical gift. When she was eleven years old, she was recruited for Walt Wittman & The Soul Children of Chicago.

At the age of fouteen, Dominique entered highschool attending Bollingbrook H.S., in Bollingbrook, IL. It was here were she would start setting the tone for her path as a solo artist. As a popular student, Dominique learned how to win over people with her charismatic personality but also how to entertain while performing in school functions. She too learned responsibilty, having to manage school and her commitment to Walt Wittman and the choir. In 2005, Dominique graduated from Bollingbrook H.S., but also made some vital decisions to her career. This is when she realized, though traveling with the choir was fun and knowledgeable, her passion was to be a solo artist.

In the summer of 2007, all of Dominique's hard work and determination paid off. At a modeling event in Lynwood, IL., through mutual contacts, Dominique was introduced to producer/a&r Mellz. After singing on the spot, she immediately got an impromptu meeting with Lorenzo Garnett, CEO of I'm A Beast Entertainment. By 2008, it was solidified that Dominique Jones was I'm A Beast Entertainment's pioneer recording artist.

Currently working her debut album "Love is Pain, Pain is Love", Dominique has a dynamic motivation for singing. Her influences include artist such Mary J. Blige, Keyshia Cole, Lyfe Jennings, Christina Aguilera and Alexander O'Neal. Dominique can currently be found performing in venues throughout the world as she works on her upcoming album. An exciting project compiled of urban pop and r&b songs that will begin to set the mark of her long musical career. Dominique's innate talent will continue to impress upon the entertainment industry, fans, and society to closely follow her career.
