Don Anthony

The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose. This is a belief that Don Aperwhite, better known by his stage name Don Anthony, truly implements. 

   Don Anthony was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. At an early age, he began singing in a local church choir and this is where he found his passion, his love, and ultimately his purpose. Singing as well as the thought of being able to entertain came to him naturally. He then began to hone his skills in search of perfection. Don started writing in high school and it was at that time when he began to record material. He featured on several local mix tapes throughout his high school years, but this was merely the beginning. 

   Over the next few years he juggled his music career, college, and a full-time job. This was no easy task because he didnt enjoy not being able to direct all of his time and hard work into his love of music. He did manage to accomplish many feats along the way. Don Anthony has had the privilege to work with many major artists, including New Orleans own, rapper G Moe. He also caught the ears and eyes of many production companies. This attention led to Don being featured in two amazing plays, The Romeo Project as well as Catch The Beat. 

   Now that he is a college graduate, Don has returned to his roots to address his dream. With many projects already in the making, Don hopes to eventually reach the world through his candid creativity. Don Anthony is on his way to fulfill not only his childhood dreams but also his lifes purpose and declares no one or nothing can delay his flight.
