Don't Know Dorothy is a rock Band from Kansas City. They play guitar driven rock with a blues soul and pop hooks. Led by songwriter Luke Johnston, DKD draws comparisons to John Mayer, The Dave Matthews Band and the Raconteurs - all genre busting artists that build songs off of gnarly rock riffs. DKD is unafraid to go in any number of musical directions, but is always looking for payoff in memorable, singable hooks.
DKD live shows are known for crowd pleasing multi guitar jams, compelling vocal performances and catchy songs performed by a group of guys you would be proud to have associated with your venue.
