Doomerang is a rock band from Chicago, IL composed of members Daniel Robbins (vocals, guitar), Katie Kadan (synth, vocals), Patrick Green (bass), and Kirby Baumann (drums).
Doomerang's second release, 'Catch and Release', was released 3.9.19 (available everywhere online) and was recorded and produced at Deep Groove Studios in Chicago, IL by Daniel Robbins.
Daniel Robbins
Singer/songwriter. Producer. Multi-Instrumentalist. Engineer. Performer. All proof that Daniel Robbins is a busy guy and probably needs to get out of that dimly lit studio every once in a while. Or not, who knows. When he isn't practicing astral projection or replaying all the video games from his childhood, Daniel is calling upon the forces of darkness to help him write more Doomerang songs.
Katie Kadan
dazzling) Vocalist. (moving) Songwriter. (passionate) Performer. (reeeeal good) Music Teacher. Music lives and breaths within Katie Kadan. Like, literally, it's a thing. When she isn't trying Reiki just one more time (to make sure) or being a yoga queen, Katie is bending space and time itself with her army of square waves and envelope filters.
Patrick Green
Bass Player. Plant-based. World Traveler. Purveyor of Funk. One of these days, Patrick Green isn't coming back from Amsterdam. Then, we here at Doomerang will be forced to kidnap him back to America. When he isn't watching conspiracy videos on YouTube™ or sticking Cheetos™ up his butt, Patrick is scrupulously determining what low notes go where on the Doomerang songs.
Kirby Baumann
Self-taught Drummer. Visual Artist. Chef. Humanitarian. World-Renown Lover? Kirby Baumann responded to the right Craig's List™ ad at the right time and has been countin' time ever since. When he isn't preparing for the first manned flight to Mars or making everyone else in the room look like a slouch, Kirby is making sure the rest of the band doesn't get too out of hand with them good BOOM-BAPS.
