Feeling a bit camera shy

Dosage was born in June 2002 when 4 musicians took the stage for the first time together. Their names were Neal Reed, Evan Shelton, Patrick Martin, and Matt Sherry. They had been playing apart for half their lives and they found in each other the missing links to their idea of a rock band. The sound they created came from each of them having a variety of musical interests. They began writing and practicing together to build a backbone of songs on which they could start from. The boys soon began playing out to promote themselves and start a following. They're stage shows were like no other. The raw energy at the shows is amazing and they draw from the crowds of 200+ fans that show up at every show.
In March 2003, they headed into the studio to record a 6 song EP. They were very excited to get the music out to their ever-growing fans.

After the release of the EP in fall 2003, the band started rolling. They were playing shows to crowds that continued to build. They started to get recognized throughout the area and began playing some shows to remember. They were privileged to open for national acts as they toured through the area. They had the opportunity to play with a number of huge acts including Saliva, Nonpoint, Better Than Ezra, and they got a taste of what it would be like. This only motivated them more to write better songs, get the band as tight as it could be, and build their following. Their new cd which was released in March of 2005 was the most anticipated local band cd in the South Central Wisconsin area. The band is now shopping their music to several record labels in hopes of getting signed and getting their music out to many more people. Dosage was recently asked to join the tour of National Recording Artist "Solace for Now" (members of Saliva and Earshot) and are going to be play several dates with the band.
