døsts is a music act from San Francisco, California that has recently relocated to Portland, Oregon. With music influences and cultures from all around the world, "dosts" actually signifies the word, "friends", in the Indian language - Hindi. The group aspires to bring listeners closer together through music, no matter their differences.They bring a high level of energy with their feels music, whether one is listening to their futuristic bass sounding tunes live in concer or over headphones  One second they can take the breath away from a listener, and then a half second later hit you in the chest with a melodic that uplifts your spirits. While trying to revolutionize their own sound, the group has also started off their own 30-minute mix series titled "DØSTS with benefits" (meaning "friends with benefits"). These mixes include other inspirations such as Porter Robinson, Odesza, Flume, San Holo, K?D, Hex Cougar, Illenium and more. With their eyes set on releasing original music before the end of 2019, døsts has already raised awareness with their RL Grime - I Wanna Know remix, reaching up to 17.5k plays on SoundCloud. Their Odesza x Mura Masa edit also is at 19k plays and their most recent mix has just recently passed 10k plays. The group has played sold out shows at 1015 Folsom in San Francisco supporting Griffyn, Audien, and Petit Biscuit, all separately. They have also supported Hucci at Swaxx Club in Spokane, WA and opened for the group JOYZU in Sacramento, CA.
