Dotcom is a band who have been together for only a year and have already garnered much attention. There are five members to "Dotcom" and five very distinct approaches to music. With drums, two guitars, bass, keyboard and saxophone there really isn't much that band can't play. What separates them from most bands is their lack of genre. From one song to the next you wouldn't be able to tell it was the same band. They weave from rock, jazz, funk, country and heavy rock all with terrific instrumentation and lush vocal harmonies. There are three song writers in "Dotcom" and all three have their own style which work together and compliment each other very nicely. The same three songwriters sing as lead singers and as back up singers when the music calls for it. Their mature approach has won over people of all ages. The band is putting the finishing touches on their ep which will pave the way for their future recordings. They are playing gigs everywhere and anywhere to raise awareness of the band and are constantly writing new material. Their music coupled with their onstage personalities at shows have left people in the audience somewhat stunned as they don't know what they have just seen or heard, all they know is they like it.
