Bio

elf-made hip hop artist Doug Crawford has been producing and successfully marketing his music to fans for over a
decade. As one half of the Kelowna-based rap duo Secret Society, he released Four albums that collectively sold
over 26,000 copies and garnered a VideoFACT grant for their single “Lakeshore Craze” that resulted in a music video
that received regular rotation on MuchMusic’s RapCity program. In 2011 Doug launched his career as a solo artist
with the release of his debut solo album One Day At A Time which debut on Canadian music charts 13 weeks in a
row as one of the top Rap Album sold in Canada & received much music video rotation for “I Don't mean it & whats
up Ft. W..C.” as well as nation wide radio play for “I Don't mean it". Doug has recently released his 4th Solo Studio
Album entitled 'PERFECT TIMING".

Born in Los Angeles, Doug moved to Canada with his family during his teenage years. Growing up in Kelowna,
Crawford first began making music as a hobby and later would use his music to work through the challenges life
presented to him. Citing his musical influences as Eminem, Dr. Dre, and Swollen Members, Crawford aspires to make
music his fans can relate to. Doug is looking to bring the real-life, down-to-earth feel of his music back to hip hop.

Doug has toured relentlessly across North America, & europe, and has opened for numerous internationally
recognized names such as Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Ludacris, The Game, Common, Mobb Deep, Lloyd Banks,
Swollen Members, D12, Ja Rule, Onyx, Young Jeezy and many more. He has performed at festivals such as
Kelowna’s Summer Jam , Center Of Gravity , Boonstock and Edmonton’s Canada Day celebration, and also did a
performance at Vancouver’s PNE Exhibition that was televised on CBC and CTV. No stranger to radio airwaves
either, Doug’s music has gotten regular rotation on commercial broadcasters across the country.

Shortly after the album release of One Day At A Time Doug set off on a Canadian tour supporting D12 that led to
them inviting him on several upcoming international tours, and he has already toured europe twice, Asia, Australia,
New Zealand, Fiji & South America. Much is expected of Doug Crawford. Watch for Doug
Crawford to establish a serious international presence for himself in the near future.
