Douglass Thompson relocated to Charlotte,NC,from Wisconsin in June of 2012, after losing everything in a house fire...
he brought along his wife,his guitar and some songs.
Thompson has proven to be resilient over the years, overcoming a devastating right hand injury along the way...
after performing in the upper mid west for the last 30 years with a slew of country and blues bands, Thompson is enjoying the Carolina weather and the vibrant singer/songwriter scene.
