One of the most prominent bands to come out of the NY/NJ area in recent years, Downshallow delivers a brand of hard alt/rock, in which melody and energy are tightly bonded. A union of lyrical imagery, expressive dynamics and solid grooves, Downshallow's music has garnered attention through shows, the internet, and the traditional "word-of mouth", playing at legendary clubs like CBGB's & Stone Pony, as well as touring the Northeast U.S., focusing on breeding new life into the rock scenes of such major cities as New York City, Philadelphia & the New England area.
With the release of their first full length CD/DVD entitled So Many Wants, So Little Compromise, Downshallow has unloaded a dynamic product in hand to complement their already explosive live shows.
