Brisbane's Boondall Entertainment Centre went off in late 2007 when American rockers Switchfoot played, supported by Drawn. Thousands of Switchfoot fans were shocked at the electrifying show put on by the Australian support act and the 5 talented young musos were swarmed by new fans in the aftermath. Since then the pop-rock band has been approached by Music Management companies including Scorpio Music and Destroy All Lines but has chosen to surf the increasing momentum which is pushing them towards fame on their own terms. Drawn's debut single 'Shine' has received impressive reviews from magazines and radio personalities in 2008. Australia's music scene holds its collective breath in anticipation for the release of Drawn's CD titled "Highlight of a Dull Journey". In spite of the attention, the Brisbane boys have maintained their resolve to wait patiently for the release. Their self-confidence and belief in the future of their music goes well beyond their ages. This band threatens to set the International scene on fire with a sincere and emotive approach to music that can only be described as refreshing.
