Hip-Hop heads and music lovers alike are anticipating the release of up-and-coming Hip-Hop artist, Dray10’s, new album, M.A.P.S. His sound is like nothing of the norm and the album offers a variety of up-tempo, fun records, personal, heart-felt tracks and demonstrations of his wide-ranged artistic capability. His lead single, Cruise Control, featuring George Young, delivers laid-back melodic tunes with an old-school feel. “It’s definitely a let-your-top-back, windows down, cruise-to-the-beach type of record. You can expect a quality piece of work with this project,” says the emcee’s manager, Moriam Seriki.

Cruise Control is already receiving positive feedback from listeners across the nation. Danny Ocean, Houston videographer (credits include Chamillionaire, Miguel, Trey Songz, and BJ the Chicago Kid), commented: “The song is jammin’! Sounds like a beach party...” and listeners seem to find themselves humming the catchy tunes long after hearing the record.

Though his first solo project, Dray10 is no novice to the music industry. The former member of the Atlanta-based group, the Undergrads, has opened up for several mainstream artists such as Kelly Rowland, Travis Porter, Bonecrusher, and Lil’ O to name a few. Having gained these experiences, and with a budding fan base, the Houston native is now in pursuit of a solo career as an independent artist.
