Dreamer's Crime

Dreamer’s Crime is a sydney based band who are currently exploring the sounds of hard rock and metal. Influenced by older and also modern sounds of heavy music, they have now been playing together in the current and most dominant form of the band, for one year. Consisting of 5 members in their early 20’s, Dreamer’s Crime has been through various incarnations over the past couple of years, but the current lineup is the most dedicated and has a strong personal and working chemistry that will continue to solidify in the years to come as they continue writing and performing their own material. 
Daniel Di Pietro, Simon Kapsis, Michael Mikulicin, Peter Repousis and Brad Smee came together in the first half of 2013 with years of gigging experience behind them in the Sydney rock scene and a readiness to start something bigger and better than they had all up until this point been a part of. Once the initial first couple of months went by after this lineup was solidified, original songs started to flow from consistent rehearsals and jamming. Half a year of writing, rehearsing and gigging went by before some professional studio time was booked to record 5 tracks which would form the first official E.P of Dreamer’s Crime. 
The What Is Real E.P was recorded at Bearclaw productions in early 2014, and it marks what will be the first professional recording of the band.
