Drettie

My career began in 1998 when I started my own recording company titled MuchLuv Records. At that time, I was going by the name of Ray Ray Loko. My first project I recorded and released was titled Who Riddin' in 1999. This album featured the first two artist to my label; Kevin Pistol and L-Shaun along with myself. Shortly after this release, I ended up in prison and would not be scheduled for release for the next 3 years.

Once released from prison, I began working on my next project for MuchLuv. This album was L-Shaun's solo debut titled Quarter Chicken, which I produced and was featured on two of the tracks (G.A.M.E. and Stop, Look, and Listen). This album was released in 2004. In the following year, I continued laying the groundwork for the MuchLuv label and released my next project Thinking Out Loud with Kevin Pistol, also with a featured track of myself (Ridiculous) for 2005.

At this point of production and MuchLuv's success, I began work on my first solo project, In My Feelin's. It was scheduled for release in 1 2006, but due to some legal troubles, was pushed back because of this situation. Finally, after a year and a half and all the legal informalities behind me, In My Feelin's was ready for release. It features the entire MuchLuv artist roster, in addition to some help from other prominent artists and producers in the Denver area and the Hip/Hop scene. This would make the fourth production project for MuchLuv Records and the first album under my new name Drettie, and the first release under the new moniker of Hustlinflow Music Group.

In 2008, MuchLuv Records officially became incorporated. It formed an alliance with Headache, Kevin Pistol, and Cash to form Hustlinflow Music Group. Through the success of the albums In My Feelings and Guns and Butter (featuring Kevin Pistol and Headache), the website www.hustlinflow.com was launched. Through this venture, I have developed new artist such as Young Meaze, Stacc, Lil Hogg, and others. With 10 years of experience in the industry, I am now ready to produce and release my second solo project titled Drettie Goines. Schedule for this release is on December 22nd, 2009.
