It’s no secret that Austin, Texas is considered the live music capital of the world. With incredible music festivals like South By Southwest and Austin City Limits, the capital city is home to great music and emerging new acts. Dru Fay, an Austin-based musical talent is no exception. Dru has been writing and producing music from an early age. That experience shows in his latest work that includes “Austin Movie Music” and “I Don’t Deserve You.”
“Austin Movie Music” – This track features a stripped down version of Rick Ross’s “Ashton Martin Music” with melodic vocals from another Austin favorite, Terell Shahid. This laid back piece allows Dru to showcase his rhyming ability. He gives us a detailed depiction of his champagne wishes and caviar dreams over the perfect track. Great fit.
“I Don’t Deserve You” - Dru goes in over Lloyd Banks and Jeremih’s track with a story about the women who had him at first sight. This song is very well written and shows diversity in his delivery. A great track to ride to on a nice summer day. Something for the ladies that the fellas can also appreciate.

Dru's music is socially conscious, motivational and inspirational! It speaks to the family man/woman, hard workers, and mainly the "go-gettas".
Born and Raised in Texas, Mr. Fay located to Austin to pursue his passion for music, acting, entertainment, and entrepreneurship.
As a young man, Dru has dealt with many shades in life. Including achieving the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, and successfully bringing to fruition his Blu Ribbon business plan, developed during a Texas A&M Mays Business School competition where it earned him a position as a finalist. Buiding choice brands, and becoming a true entrepreneur and profitable entertainer has been a dream come true for him.
At a young age Dru involved himself in writing and producing music with friends, directing and producing short films, as well as acting. He continues to work with what God gives him to achieve his dreams. As a student at Texas A &M, he was a member of the acting/directing club S.W.A.M.P.
In the spring of 2007 Dru formed In My Sight Enterprises, a entertainment production company and consulting firm that is devoted to helping clients bring to life their artistic visions.
FORD Models/ ARia Talent/ Tag Talent represent Mr. Fay as his acting agencies in the Chicago and Texas areas respectively. Dru has been acting since the age of 15 and has played roles in Film, Commercials, Music Videos, Voice Over Projects, and has even been the Star of his own popular daily music television show, with viewership demographics at nearly one million, since 2005. Most recently portraying the character "Ty Baldwin" on NBC's Friday Night Lights. Dru is also one of three members of the Pocket Wireless "Truth Crew"; who represent the company in all radio, television, print, live show and billboard campaigns.
Mr. Fay has always enjoyed communicating with people. He earned a degree in Communication/ Business at Texas A&M University in College Station. Upon taking advantage of an opportunity during his college years, he spent a summer abroad, where he completed studies at a Spanish University.
