"Free-Sprited Druggist Releases Third Album"

"The beauty of the band's approach is that Druggist plays the music it wants with little, probably no, regard for fad, fancy or commercial viability... Druggist makes its own way in the music world and that's value-added."

-Jim Beal - San Antonio Express News

"Druggist's Second Album Review"

"...the most startling songs on There’s Already an Everything are the skeletal ones, where his haunting piano chords frame his soaring vocals and Dunlap noodles away in an evocative manner that sounds like carefully considered spontaneity. ’Do You Know The Way I Feel?’ is an instant, brooding classic, and it’s nearly matched by ’It Was the Song,’ and ’She Said,’ in which Cormier succinctly defines his spiritual dilemma: ’I don’t want to die/ I just want to fall asleep forever.’ This is earnest, self-absorbed music that makes no concessions to irony or levity, and it doesn’t need to."
- Gilbert Garcia - San Antonio Current

"Druggist Fills Perscription for Indie Rock"

"Edgy indie rock... their songs are melody-driven, yes, but they haven’t neglected the importance of intelligent lyrics."
- Jessica Belasco - 210SA Magazine

"Druggist is Heading Out West"

"Their sound is large, sweeping, and intricate -- a style of sincere and grandiose pop-rock that doesn't get its due anymore in the mainstream, for whatever reason." - 'Nites blog

"Artpace Rooftop Rhythms"

"Drawing a crowd of more than 300 young people, the rooftop was overflowing with an eclectic mix of partygoers - from punk rockers to hipsters to young professionals. When Artpace reached capacity, concert enthusiasts invaded neighboring parking garages, dancing on the rooftops." - Artpace

Bio

We formed in March of 2005 and have since released 3 full length albums and toured the country four times, completely independently.

We try to make every show we play different from the last.

With our records we are trying to tell a story about the time in our lives during which the songs were recorded.
