Druscilla Abernathy has carved out a career working with artists such as Prince, “The Legend” Billy Holloman, Alexander O’Neal, Lori Line, Billy McLaughlin, Artist Keri Noble, Paul Peterson, Ricky Peterson, Javeta Steele, Debbie Duncan, Cynthia Johnson, Gwen Matthews, The TC Jammers, Soul Tight Committee, The R Factor, Synergy, Who Knu and Said Method.
They have been heard in the intimate settings of Rossi’s, The Dakota, 318 Café, Cue (The Guthrie Theater), Lurcat, NorthCoast; clubs such as Minnesota Music Café, Arnellia’s, Famous Dave’s, Bunker’s, and ; and the stages of The State, Pantages, and Fitzgerald Theaters. She has donated her talents to Robyne Robinson’s Event for Lupus, The Alzheimer’s Gala, The Heartland Benefit Festival for Children with AIDS, The American Red Cross, as well as The Minneapolis Urban League Family Day, Minneapolis & St. Paul Gay Pride Festivals, Rondo Days, and Minneapolis Juneteenth Celebration. She has also been featured at The Minnesota Vikings Plaza, The Taste of Minnesota, and The Minnesota State Fair.
