David Lee Shelby aka D Shellz an emerging artist recently signed to FrontLine Entertainment, an Independent label based in the Midwest (Michigan). Although the future looks promising for this soon to be star life has given him his share of curve balls. Being a Gemini, dual natured, he has always struggled to stay on the straight and narrow. Succumbing to negative surroundings D Shellz soon became inmate #216372. It was during these darkest hours he was forced to view himself introspectively. Aware of his song writing ability & his love for music at an early age, D Shellz focused his creative energies into becoming the prolific writer and electrifying performing artist that will take the music industry by storm. Opening up for well known artist such as Freeway (RocAfella Records), Yung LA of Grand Hustle Records, the legendary Rakim (Eric B & Rakim) and many others, D Shellz undeniably delievers to any crowd. With two locally released projects under the previous name "Statik" (Game Over, and The Wake Up) D Shellz finally has an opportunity to release those focused energies into his upcoming album "Judged by 12", which offers a glimpse into a world of challenges, setbacks and anticipated triumphs!
