Dual Agency is based in NYC and consists of Trevor Stokes and Franky Mission, best friends since their undergraduate days. The ‘Dual’ refers to the many dualities of the band: Trevor/ Franky; Anglophone/ Francophone; lives in NYC/ lives in Montreal; trained scientist/ trained musician; blond/ brunette. Dual Agency seeks to push the bounds of technology with vocal manipulation/ sound synthesis and by being a band without borders.
