Dual Evo

Sure, it’s all about the music, but music without passion is dead. Influenced by anything from Faith No More to Pink Floyd or Roy Orbison to Wesley Willis, Dual Evo is a band that’s about putting everything they have behind their music; passion, sweat, tears, and blood, maybe even yours. The list of national acts Dual Evo has opened for is a diverse list including The Misfits, Mushroomhead, Jimmy's Chicken Shack, Dog Fashion Disco, Gizmachi, and Goatwhore, which gives you an idea of how this, unlike most others, can adapt to most hard rock and metal events. Frontman, Myke grips your attention by putting drama and insanity, not to mention a little sick humor, behind lyrics that scream about anything from insects to plotting a family massacre. Guitarist, Daniel, is one of the most talented and original guitarists around, while Jason’s bass riffs combined with Daniel’s unique guitar riffs brings the melody out of the metal-based band. Ronnie, a long time friend of the band joined in 2002 to add eerie melodies on the keyboard to Dual Evo’s music. So now combined with the madness they have original samples, clown music, and other sounds to feature in their music. Shane was added to the group as te new drummer in 2005, bringing with him a new excitement to what Dual Evo does.
In the background, somewhere between insanity and a circus of fools, the stage props have consisted of statues,fog machines,and television sets with videos made especially by the band members for added entertainment while you’re being entertained; audience participation has become a part of the show as well...in our opinion, if the audience into it and maybe alittle part of it also, then the show's no good. Dual Evo wants to known for good music and brutal live shows...and you can’t get anymore artistic and beautifully brutal than these guys.
