Bio

DMP comprises the dynamic brother sensation Ja’Mon O’Neal Jones and Jeremy O’Bryan Jones. Hailing from the river bluff city of Memphis, Tennessee, the Home of the Blues and the Birthplace of Rock and Roll and coming from a family of singers the duo has been making a musical M-PAQ since the tender ages of two and four respectively and brings a unique brand of entertainment to the industry. These brothers come with the complete package reminiscent of a young Prince, original, diverse, and hard hitting, Ja’Mon, 24, A.K.A. Valentine, is an artist, songwriter, producer, engineer, keyboardist, guitarist, and drummer. His younger brother, Jeremy, 22, A.K.A. Majic the Melody Maker is an artist, songwriter, producer, guitarist, drummer, choreographer, and comedian. DMP collaborations includes some of the industry’s best, Music Icon David Porter, the Legendary Isaac Hayes, Larry Dodson of the Bar-Kays, Kirk Whalum, Anferney “Penny” Hardaway, the Bank of Bartlett to name a few. Musically their influences are Michael Jackson, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Usher, Prince, Marvin Gaye, Boyz II Men, Ludacris, Jay-Z, Joe, Sam and Dave, and Outkast.
They choreograph all of their own moves and both would like to act on the silver screen. At seventeen and twenty years, Majic and Valentine were staff writers and producers for International Pocket Records where they co-wrote nearly eighty songs. These songs definitely test the pre-conceived boundaries of R&B.

In June, 2004 the Duo joined with Key II Entertainment where their long awaited debut album TRADED 51:15 was conceived, written, produced, recorded, mixed and published. Believe me; it lives up to everything the industry and their fans expect and more.

DMP is no stranger to charitable work and believes in giving back. They have been fortunate to have performed for charity at the following institutions: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 10 Memphis City Schools, Stax Museum of American Soul Music, and Rust College, Holly Springs, MS.

They both enjoy sports, video games, and martial arts. With a motto of perseverance, that’s exactly what this duo has done to ensure the level of success they have set their for themselves: “To be the 1st Black young superstar duo out of Tennessee, with consistent platinum records as well as achieve Grammy success”.

Dubbel M-PAQ brings Dubbel the natural talent, Dubbel the positive energy, and Dubbel the musical trouble to the national charts now and for years to come. Brace yourself for the Dubbel M-PAQ.
