DUFRAINE

the band dufraine was formed by tom(drums),jimi(guitar) and marv(bass).it was nothing more than a garage band that a few friends would come down to watch with a bag of chips and a few drinks.marv left the band after having a baby and now works as a doorman and porter loo delivery driver and still lives in the flat with jimi and tom(he’s loved by all that know him).none the less jimi and tom carried on as a 2 piece. where to compensate for the lack of bass they used to play faster and louder and eventually developed their sound and song writing style. well,what little there is.

recently joined by jack(bass) a long time friend,and the much needed return of the bass, dufraine are now a fully functioning band.
after a hand full of jams over a month, we started doing open mike nights, which lead to noise complaints and further gigs, so all in all not to bad.
we’ve put together a 2 hour set and still got loads of tunes on the shelf.
dufraine are a swansea based band in wales.
they practice in a dark dark room in a dark dark house on a dark dark hill.
thats all there is to tell,so far.
well there is more but it means more typing…
