Bio

I started playing guitar at 12 years old after an unknown drunk boy at Myrtle Beach wandered up on the porch of the home we were staying in and sat on my ukelele and broke it. I started writing songs then too. I've released two CDs that have both received wide national radio play and critical acclaim. I've toured extensively promoting my CDs, sharing the stage with great artists such as Guy Clark, John Gorka, Asleep at the Wheel, Jonathan Edwards, Kathy Mattea, Jerry Lee Lewis, Raul Malo, Livingston Taylor. My voice and my music have been placed in film and television and I was chosen to perform my music in 2005 as part of ASCAP's Kennedy Center tribute to Broadway legend Stephen Schwartz.
