Bio

Duologue are a new four-piece band from London, who, since forming in October 2008, have had their music synced on E4's Skins series as well as a BMI television campaign, while also performing a live session on NME Radio, and picking up wins in
both Steve Lamacq's BBC 6 Unsigned Contest and John Kennedy’s X-posure on Xfm. In the short time they have been gigging around London they have already headlined both the Camden Barfly and The Fly amongst others.

Duologue began as a song writing project started by University friends Tim Digby-Bell and Toby Leeming. Following the enthusiastic response the music got and they decided to develop the project into a full live band recruiting Toby Lee on guitar and Seb Dilleyston on synths and violin.

Duologue’s music is somewhere between an Electronic and Indie band. Drawing heavily on influences of a broad range of electronic music as well as more popular bands, their sound combines all the capabilities that synths and electronics provide
whilst never forgetting the need for solid melodies and songs. They differ from the current slew of electronic bands in not harking back to retro electronic sounds but pushing the boundaries of band music incorporating dubstep, techno, electronica
with Steve Lamacq admitting he was unable to describe their sound.

Duologue's live performance as a four piece consists of two guitarists, live electronics, strings and synths. With all the band members being multi-instrumentalists they switch around throughout the set and as the stages they play grow in size, so
undoubtedly will the scope of their live set.

Recent press includes Featured Artists in Who’s Jack and features in Disorder, QX, Subba-Cultcha, Time Out, London Lite and as Diesel Cult's Artist of the Week.
