The long story as short as possible... I started playing guitar about the age of 5, majored in classical piano and minored in jazz and composition in college and began to play bass / keys for a rock group called Babyfat, winners of the Sam Goody Best Unsigned Band in America. I had often heard I had a nice singing voice and decided to move to Amsterdam for inspiration to write material and develop my musical skills. On my return to the U.S., I made the full time transitition to singer / songwriter continuing my voice lessons in Washington D.C. and founded Dutch-Records.com in 2006.
