Dylan Whitney

At the amazing young age of only 14 years old, Dylan Whitney is truly a gifted musician. Dylan was raised around Gospel music and gives God all of the credit for his talent. Though very young in age he is a very mature Guitar player.
Dylan has played all over the state of Oklahoma whether as a solo artist or traveling with his school Jazz Band. His influences are Eric Clapton, BB King, Buddy Holly, Bob Wotton & many more. In his solo shows you will experience smooth Jazz, Blues, Classic Rock & even Gospel Music.
Dylan performs monthly at the Second Saturday Arts Festival at the Riverwalk Crossing in Jenks, & bi monthly at the Art Rocks Riverside event at Elwood’s & the Blue Rose Café in Tulsa. He was recently a featured artist at the Bixby BBQ & Music festival, played at the Tulsa State Fair,opened up for the Route 66 Music Tour in Stroud and many more. Dylan is currently playing Friday & Saturday nights at Jakes Place BBQ in Bixby Ok. You can also find him playing at fund raisers for families in need or even at your local Church.
Accomplishments:
• Honored by making the advanced Jazz Band as a 6th grader at Clyde Boyd Middle School.
• Won an Outstanding soloist award at the Heartland Music Festival in Oklahoma City OK.
• Won an Outstanding Soloist award at the Verdigris OK Jazz competition.
• Won First place in the Bixby Green Corn Festival talent show in the 14 to 18 age group.
• Won 3 consecutive most talented male awards at senior youth camp in Arkansas.
