EARLY RISING BAND

The contemporary rock band EARLY RISING was formed in 2006 by two brothers (MIRCA “MICK” TOADER and ZLATOMIR “ZEE” TOADER) in Tampa, Florida. The remaining band members are all professional studio musicians who contributed their unique performing talents culminating in a truly explosive sound.

ZLATOMIR “ZEE” TOADER, MIRCA “MICK” TOADER and LARRY LAFALCE wrote all of the songs and their main focus was on creating powerful songs and then bringing them to life in the recording studio and in live performances. Each of their songs has a life of its own, reflecting thoughts and emotions of the world around us. Their objective was to produce a sound that is universal and can speak to anyone.

MIRCA “MICK” TOADER – Tampa, Florida

Mick is a drummer and songwriter. At the age of 5, he started playing drums, and through the years has performed in a variety of styles including but not limited to rock, hard rock, blues-rock, jazz-rock and pop. He already has three CDs to his credit, all of which were released in Europe. The first was with a band called TARANTULA, following up with an album by band ROMEO and finally with the group HARD TIMES.
Mick has had plenty of studio experience as well as years of live performances (large concerts and small gigs), and is known for his commanding stage presence.

ZLATOMIR “ZEE” TOADER – Tampa, Florida

Zee started playing drums at the age of eight and admits he was greatly influenced by his brother. As Mick’s career was evolving, Zee spent most of his time with producers, managers and music agents while co-producing and co-managing his brother’s bands. In the meantime, he learned to play guitar and compose songs all the while keeping a diligent eye on the business end of the music industry. Today, his main focus is songwriting and producing.

LARRY LAFALCE – Tampa, Florida

Larry is a Special Consultant. His main role has been contributing lyrics and melodies and consulting main aspects from the band’s recording to future direction. He has been a great help for the band on all levels.
Larry LaFalce is a seasoned professional in many aspects of the music industry and his many talents include producing, songwriting, singing and lead guitar. His credits include recording two albums with the rock band BullAngus on Mercury Records and touring with Rod Stewart, Fleetwood Mac and Deep Purple. He was staff songwriter with Love-Zager Productions in NYC and had many of his songs recorded by numerous artists.

JODY GRAY (BASS, STUDIO ENGINEER) – St. Petersburg, Florida

Jody is owner of the Prostar Recording Studio and is a professional bass guitar/studio musician.
EARLY RISING’s entire recording and mixing was done in his studio where he also served as engineer/mixer/producer. Jody has published two CDs with his former band WISE GUY. To his experience are hundreds recordings and live performances as well as a vast knowledge of the music industry.

ADDAM SANTANA (LEAD VOCAL) – St. Petersburg, Florida

Addam is a lead vocalist with about 13 years of experience. He has been a musician since he was nineteen years old. He started as a drummer and singer, but later on decided to focus mainly as a vocalist. Through the years, he has had a lot of experience performing live with a number of Tampa Bay bands. Addam is a strong live performer with great communication skills with every audience.

STEVE MALAGNA (LEAD GUITAR) – St. Petersburg, Florida

Steve has been playing lead guitar for 27 years. A self-taught player, he has performed in many styles, including blues, progressive metal, classic, modern rock and fusion. Along with his live performances, Steve is sought out for guitar lessons and studio work throughout west central Florida.

STEPHEN MARSH (MASTERING ENGINEER) – Hollywood, California

Owner of the Stephen Marsh Mastering studio in Hollywood, California. Stephen was Master engineer at Sony Records about six years. Some of the credits for his mastering skills are:
