Bio

Earnestine Roberson began singing at a very early age in her fathers church in Ozark, Alabama. At eight years old, she sang her first church solo, Theres a Tree by Each Side of the River, made popular by the late gospel singer, Clara Ward. She loved singing solos, being a member of and leading songs in the church choir, and making beautiful harmonies unto God singing with her sisters. Her father, the late Rev. W.C. Autrey, would often request that Earnestine and her sisters sing before he preached.

The gift that God began developing in her using the church music ministry was also being matured through her participation in elementary and high school chorus, and through voice class and singing in the gospel and concert choirs at Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama. After Earnestine graduated from college, she moved to Florida and became a school teacher, incorporating her love for music in her teaching methods.

Since that time, Earnestine has used her music ministry to direct youth and concert choirs, sing in churches in the region and in her local community, and to lead praise and worship as her church's praise team leader. Recently, she was blessed with the opportunity to sing as a featured artist on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) through an affiliate in her area.

Earnestine has always felt in her heart that God has called her to the ministry of music and, as she developed in her relationship with Jesus Christ and in her gift of song, that calling became clear: to reach people from all walks of life with the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ through song. Her latest CD release has a variety of styles that appeal to many people ranging from contemporary gospel, praise and worship, and traditional gospel music. Earnestine gives God the glory and praise for His anointing on her voice and believes that the songs He has given her to sing will minister to others, give them hope, and lead people to be saved, delivered and set free!
