The Easley Sisters

Jennifer and Melanie are sibling vocalists from Edmond, Oklahoma. Growing up in a musical household, their dad taught them to how to play the guitar and sing at an early age, and from there, the girls sang at weddings, church functions, and local events throughout their high school years.

Jennifer attended Oklahoma State University/Western State where her focus was on Theatre and English. She graduated in 2004 from O.S.U. with her BA in English and then spread her wings moving to Nashville, and Washington D.C. After moving home in 2006, she explored teaching E.S.L. as well as fitness classes and ended up working in the fitness arena as a personal trainer, boxing/self-defense instructor and now a yoga instructor. She is involved with the Oklahoma Film and Music Office as an advocate for local film & music, and volunteers with the Youth Services of Oklahoma.

Melanie attends the University of Central Oklahoma and is majoring in child development. She is a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, and is involved with various campus organizations. She regularly sings at Greek events, weddings & fundraisers and resides in Edmond with her dog, Gibson.

The two have been singing together since they were young and later took over a 2 year hiatus in 2008, after releasing Irish Fisher, to explore their academic and career avenues. In 2011, they reconnected musically and truly enjoy collaborating vocally--sharing their passion with different groups, events and organizations. They are enthusiastic to be a part of the OKC music world, and the amazing artists and musicians who comprise it.
