East Town Pirates

We think we are different. The pirate thing is not a new idea but the way we put it across live and on CD brings smiles to the faces of our audiences and has yet to fail having them dancing. All band members have slightly varying musical tastes so it becomes a melting pot of rock catchyness. We have been described as a mix between "the Dropkicks Murphys without the shamrocks and glam without the glitter" also a reviewer said we sound like Fast Eddie Clarke era Motörhead playing Dubliners songs at Ed Tudorpoles's birthday party! Others have said Hanoi Rocks, Green Day plus many more. We think everyone hears something they like in our songs! We have toured three times in France and played all over the UK.
