Eazy

Darian Davis better known as Eazy was born 1986 in Orange Mound Memphis, Tn. At a very early age he knew music was going to be his calling in life. R&B was his first love before he got introduced to the hip hop culture. He was introduced to hip hop At the age of 12 he began to write his first rap song, and from that very moment people saw his potential and knew he had talent. The talented singer, songwriter, and rapper then met with rapper Mr. Del formerly a member of the Oscar winning, platinum selling secular rap group Three-Six-Mafia. Through his time with Mr. Del he was introduced to Holy Hip Hop. Through the hip hop community around Memphis and nationally he was able to cultivate his music in the gospel hip hop scene. He’s worked with well established artists such as Fabo from D4L, Canton Jones, Frayser Boi. He traveled mostly with the Holy South Movement. The Holy South Movement hosted tours featuring Mr. Del and other Christian artists. Tours included Megafest 2006 in Atlanta, Ga hosted by Bishop TD Jakes, Summer Jam 2002 Memphis, Tn. As time progressed he decied to take on his own journey into the music business and has since left the Holy South Movement seeking out what he feels is his calling in the hip hop world. As far as the path of his career he plans to progress as an artist throughout his years in the industry other communities and third world countries. Heavily influenced by the more abrasive rappers such as Jay-Z, Biggie Smalls, Drake and B.O.B he plans to go in another direction as far as his musical platform where he wants to reach out to others as far as giving inspirational music and music that everyone can relate to. Currently he is working on his mixtape titled “Gift & Curse. The concept is based upon how many artist are put in different situations and how it is also relevant to how someone’s talents can also be such a blessing too make so much happen but how much other pain it can bring as well. He also plans to give back to his community in Orange Mound where he hopes to seek to bring unity, peace, and inspiration to his place that he will always consider his first home. He also plans to work in charities for breast cancer awareness which his aunt battled through that struggle he feels very passionately and strongly towards those who suffer this illness.
