Echelon

Founded in a downtown Milwaukee apartment in April 2009, Ricci Lacour and Sean Foran set off on a journey to make an original mark on the world of pop music.

Sean Foran (22) is an innovative and unmistakably talented songwriter, producer, and performer, possessing immeasurable skills on guitar, bass, and keyboards. His talents have landed him jobs producing, songwriting, mixing and mastering for musicians and film-makers throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. Sean has even acted in an independent feature film based out of Chicago, Beneath the Horizon.

Ricci Lacour (20), whose promotional resume is almost too extensive to mention, has been professionally recognized in solo performances and recitals across the mid-west. This includes her most acclaimed role as a lead in "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change," in which the Isthmus Daily Page applauded her "powerhouse vocals." Ricci has done promotions spanning from radio interviews, headlining benefit concerts, and several featured newspaper articles. At the age of 16, she won a Madison Area Music Award for work with her previous band.

As Echelon, Sean and Ricci have shown their ability to be flexible and competent between genres and to utilize a business savvy that, at this day and age, makes them a force to be reckoned with. Their delivery of thought-provoking and original material leaves audiences mystified, while their honest portrayal of the world makes Echelon accessible to every ear in every town. Seeking to fully indulge in the creative process, Echelon writes, records, produces, mixes, and masters all of their music.
