"South Texas band Review"

"i was a little scared when echo took the stage. I checked them out on myspace prior to the show, and the music on their page sounded like spacey noise that i might enjoy with the assistance of some psychedelics. However when they started they sounded like a normal grunge band. Their second song was an instrumental that was a bit on the metal side, but not so much that it didn't fit their band. The two guitarists knew what they were doing, and worked their pedals so well that it sounded like there were at least two or three more people on stage with them. No keyboards or synths, but foor pedal mastery that sometimes sounded like an orchestra. The guitars were always doing something, going somewhere and not down the boring road of simple chord progressions. It was noise, but not the ambient noise i remembered from their myspace. It was a carefully orchestrated progression of music. It was the soundtrack to an action movie. This is definitely a band that needs to be seen live.
Echo is enjoyable sober, but i'm sure they wouldn't be offended if you had some "enhancers" before the show. - The Vent Magazine

Bio

Echo is a psychedelic progressive rock group from Corpus Christi,Texas. we've grew up jamming together and decided we don't want to stop. its been eight years with almost five actively gigging and we love it. we keep growing, the jams keep getting crazier the sets are always tight and the sound is huge! we're always looking for the next crowd to blow their minds. feel free to indulge in the psychedelia that is Echo. peace love and music-
