Ecko Nesta and Freedom Fighters

Born Ekow Nesta Micah ( aka ) Ecko Nesta on April 09th 1974, to one of Ghana's iconic Highlife musicians in the 60s known as F. Micah(late) . Mister Ecko Nesta is a Ghanaian performing artist, songwriter, composer, instrumentalist, singer and humanitarian.
Born into a family with a musical background, Ecko Nesta started playing the guitar at the age ten(10 ). His ability to play at least a musical instrument, remained an enigma to his compeers he is been soaked with music from his young age.
Having been inspired from a musical background, Ecko Nesta recorded his first album at the Zaya Studio in Accra - Ghana . His first recording was titled " Ashanti Reggae " was an album with six songs.     

Since 1994 Ecko Nesta put a good number of albums to his credit, notably ; Mesiwo Hemaa, ( I will make you my queen ), Odo Kasa ( Talk my love ), 95 Cedis, Nansen Woyefe ( You look beautiful lately ), among others.
Ras Ecko Nesta, massively sold-outland top-chat on radio & T.V tracks are 'Mesiwo Hemaa' and 'Nsauohy3'. Those tracks, remain ever-green to music lovers in Ghana til date due to the sound quality, composition and arrangement.
His career is now launched with his candid voice, Ecko Nesta had just complete his international album with 10 beautiful tracks ( Political Malaria ) with one of Jamaica's top Reggae producer, Mr. Sidney Mills from the legendary & Grammy Reggae Awards winning group Steel Pulse.
The album was recorded & mixed at Tuff Gong studio, in Kingston Jamaica. 
Since the year 2018, Ecko Nesta has been signed a management  contract with a United States based company, Africa & The World Music. 
The new album ( Political Malaria ) will be release in Winter 2021, in USA on VP Associated label Group ( VP Records ).
