Bio

This Irish/Bulgarian twosome first came together in January of 2007 on board the M/S Pearl of Scandinavia working in 'Trans Europa Express'. Their recordings so far have either taken place afloat the North Sea in a stuffy cabin or in a top floor room in South Manchester.
Peter's home is in Sofia, Bulgaria, whilst Colette Irish-born, resides in Manchester, England. Their work so far has spoke of depression, risque lovin', makin' lovin' and personal stings. Between them both work has whisked them away to Korea, Oman, Denmark, Norway, Corfu where Colette toured six weeks solo - on a moped and Morocco, where Peter had an interesting time with the local police and his bicycle!
Peter started his ten year career learning electric guitar inspired by his bass player father who played to the family during powercuts, leading to him graduating from the Music Academy in Sofia. His experience in rock bands began with a Bulgarian band 'Caramel', with whom an album was released and he is currently also collaborating with South African rock band S.U.M.M.I.T. as well as sacrificing his passion of songwriting which he is dedicated to in his spare time, to play in commercial bands. His enviable creativity and incredible skills on the guitar have also led him to a number of studio performances recording for different artists.
Colette, claiming she never wanted to be a singer, gained her experience through holiday camps, live U.K roadshows for audiences of up to 50,000, outdoor charity doo's, corporate functions and bars, gathering random singing lessons and two great mentors as she drifted along. Although her gut was always to act, after her experiences singing with a live band her ideas altered and she began messing around with guitars, getting as far as seven chords even, and began writing songs of humour and real life.
Within a couple weeks of meeting they began writing and recording together. Bounding along the same wavelengths sharing the same aims, their second collaboration 'Funky Love' earned them an 'Honorable Mention' award - their very first response to a number of 'Song of the Year' competitions in America.
The sources that illuminate their musical mission range from Linkin Park, The Killers, Tina Turner, James Morrison, Norah Jones, Pink, Blondie, Nickelback, Bullet For My Valentine, Steve Vai and The Calling. These influences fused with their own creativity show a promising partnership, evolving as they inspire and approach each other with their ideas, colouring their growing reportoir. Ideally, they want to break away from all commercial bands and work with the finest musicians playing original rock music!
